Peony 'Sorbet' is a distinctive variety with large, anemone-shaped blooms up to 6 inches wide, featuring layers of soft pink and creamy-white petals. Standing 32–36 inches tall, it blooms in late spring to early summer, with fragrant flowers rising on strong stems above lush, mid-green foliage that remains attractive throughout the season. Growing and Maintenance Tips for Paeonia 'Sorbet' (Ships in Spring)
Planting: Plant as early in spring as the soil can be worked—ideally before daytime temperatures consistently exceed 70°F. Set the crown 1 to 2 inches below the soil surface. Avoid planting too deep, as this can delay or prevent blooming.
