I’ve been purchasing bulbs from A.D.R. for many years. The quality is superior and the service fantastic. Chris and his family have always been prompt and accommodating. If you need it, Chris can find it! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Iris reticulata 'Harmony' is a dwarf iris, reaching 4 to 5 inches in height. It features royal blue flowers with a white-rimmed gold crest on each fall. The slender, grass-like gray-green leaves elongate to 15 inches after bloom before disappearing in late spring as the plant goes dormant.
This iris thrives in full sun to part shade and prefers well-drained soil with neutral to slightly alkaline pH. It is deer-resistant, drought-tolerant, and fragrant, making it a lovely addition to rock gardens, containers, and border fronts.
Planting: Plant bulbs in fall, 3 to 4 inches deep and 3 inches apart, with the pointed end up. For naturalized drifts, scatter and plant where they fall.
Location: Full sun to partial shade. Ideal for rock gardens, borders, and containers where early blooms can be appreciated up close.
Soil: Well-drained, sandy or loamy soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH (6.0–7.0). Avoid heavy or soggy soils—add grit if needed.
Watering: Water after planting and during active growth in late winter and early spring. Once foliage yellows, reduce watering—bulbs prefer dry summer dormancy.
Temperature: Hardy in USDA zones 5–9. Requires 10–14 weeks of cold to bloom reliably.
Fertilization: Apply compost or a low-nitrogen fertilizer in early spring as shoots emerge.
Pruning: Allow foliage to die back naturally to feed the bulb. Remove spent flower stalks for tidiness.
Propagation: Naturalizes by offsets. Divide clumps in summer when dormant if needed.
Pest & Disease: Generally pest-free. Good drainage prevents bulb rot.
