Dahlia 'Shiloh Noelle' is a romantic dinnerplate variety with 8 to 10 inch blooms in soft lavender, blush, and cream tones that shift subtly with the light. The fully double flowers feature delicately ruffled petals and a deep rose-toned center, giving them a dreamy, watercolor-like appearance. Reaching 40 to 60 inches tall, it produces long, sturdy stems ideal for cutting. Blooming steadily from midseason through frost, it thrives in full sun with well-drained soil. Hardy in USDA zones 8 to 11.
