Amaryllis

Each jumbo-sized bulb (36/+) produces two to three thick stalks, with four to five flowers per stem, blooming 8 to 12 weeks after planting.

Note: Unlike Southern Hemisphere-grown amaryllis, Dutch bulbs do not bloom in time for Christmas—flowering instead from January through March.
