Amaryllis Dutch 'Giant Amadeus'

Amaryllis

Amaryllis 'Giant Amadeus' reaches 20 to 24 inches tall, featuring nine-inch double-petaled blooms in creamy white with soft salmon-pink brushstrokes and a pale green throat. Each jumbo-sized bulb (36+) produces two to three thick stalks, with three to four flowers per stem, blooming 8 to 12 weeks after planting.

Note: Unlike Southern Hemisphere-grown amaryllis, Dutch bulbs do not bloom in time for Christmas—flowering instead from January through March.
