#1 bulbs measure 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 inches in diameter and Jumbo bulbs measure 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 inches in diameter. A larger bulb will not give you a larger leaf, but it will increase the number of leaves each bulb produces. The larger the bulb surface, the more eyes it will have.
