How do I place an order?

You may submit orders by phone (800-990-9934), fax (845-469-3163), e-mail (info@adrbulbs.com), your regional A.D.R Bulbs, Inc sales representative or broker, or online at www.adrbulbs.com

What is your minimum order?

Internet orders have a minimum of $250.00. Orders placed in any other fashion are not subject to any minimum

Is there an order deadline?

Our entire fall catalog is available for purchase until July 15th. After this date, all orders are subject to availability (we carry approximately 60% of our selection in stock). In the spring, our entire selection is available until January 23rd. After this date, all orders are subject to availability.

How do I obtain a copy of your print catalogs?

Please click on the catalog request forms located on our home page and fill out the appropriate information

When will my order ship?

Fall bulbs ship between September and January. Same day shipping is available on all orders received before 3:00 PM eastern time.

Spring bulb and plant orders ship from March - August

What are you terms?

For first time customers, we require credit card payment prior to shipment. For future orders, credit is then established. Standard terms are 2% 10 day, 30 day net

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

I received bulbs or plants that are not up to standard. What should I do?

We 100% guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products, however when dealing with any live product, it is possible that material may arrive in unsatisfactory condition. Kindly contact us via phone or e-mail and we will either replace the product or credit your account immediately
