How do I place an order?
You may submit orders by phone (800-990-9934), fax (845-469-3163), e-mail (info@adrbulbs.com), your regional A.D.R Bulbs, Inc sales representative or broker, or online at www.adrbulbs.com.
What is your minimum order?
Online orders have a minimum of $150.00.
How do I know it's safe to order online?
We use Authorize.net to secure all transactions on our site. Authorize.net handles a quarter of all online transactions recorded in the US daily. For more information, please visit their website.
Is there an order deadline?
Our entire fall catalog is available for purchase until July 20th. After this date, all orders are subject to availability (we carry approximately 65% of our selection in stock). In the spring, our entire selection is available until January 15th. After this date, all orders are subject to availability.
How do I obtain a copy of your print catalogs?
Please click on the catalog request forms located on our home page and fill out the appropriate information. A valid tax id is required to process catalog requests. You may also view interactive versions of our print catalogs in the Virtual Catalogs section of the website.
CREDIT CARDS & TERMS
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
As a general rule of thumb, we do not charge credit cards until after your shipment has left the warehouse. For split orders (spring & fall product placed on the same order), we will charge your card after the majority of the shipment has left. For example, if 70% of the order is for fall shipment, we would ship the spring product and charge the full amount of the order in the fall when the remaining 70% of product has shipped.
What are you terms for non-internet orders?
For first time customers, we require credit card payment prior to shipment. For future orders, credit is then established. Standard terms are 2% 10 day, 30 day net. There is a 1% late charge per month, 12% APR. Please view our Terms & Conditions section for more information.
SHIPPING
How is freight calculated?
We base our freight percentages on the current FedEx Ground & Freight rates that we are being charged. We constantly review our carriers and program to ensure our rates are as economical as possible for our customers:

When will my order ship?
Fall bulb orders placed in advance begin shipping on or around September 1st. Orders placed after September 15th are fulfilled on a same day shipping schedule.
Spring bulb orders placed in advance begin shipping on or around March 1st. Orders placed after March 15th are fulfilled on a same day shipping schedule.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We can ship to Canada directly from our farm in Holland provided your order is received before July 20th. After this date, due to the unfortunate & extreme difficulties of shipping from the USA to Canada, we are unable to ship to our neighbors in the North.
I received bulbs or plants that are not up to standard. What should I do?
We 100% guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products, however when dealing with any live product, it is possible that material may arrive in unsatisfactory condition. Kindly contact us via phone or e-mail within 10 days of receipt and we will either replace the product or credit your account immediately.

Yes, we use Constant Contact for all our e-mails to ensure the privacy of our client's information. You may safely unsubscribe at anytime!
Do you sell to homeowners?
Sorry, we are strictly wholesale and do not sell to homeowners.
